The Observer
Interactive physics and inference simulation exploring whether scientific laws can emerge purely from observation in synthetic universes.

A browser-based simulation where users watch physical "laws" emerge from entropy and causal inference inside a synthetic universe, driven by a custom particle physics engine and a synthetic observer.
Complex systems theories often stay trapped in dense academic language. The challenge was to make abstract ideas around entropy, prediction, and structure feel intuitive and living rather than passive.
I translated research concepts into a visual, interactive system that lets people adjust parameters and watch the model respond in real time. The project turns theory into a tangible, exploratory interface.
It creates a new way to experience abstract systems thinking: not as static text, but as an expressive, dynamic environment that can be explored and questioned.
